1. Conditions for Return :
Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
Disputed products ( defective / incorrect product)
Wrong size delivered

Return Criteria :
Returned products must meet all the following conditions:
Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Product must have original tags attached
Product must be in original packaging
Original invoice must be provided
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in rejection of the return request.

To initiate a return, customers must:

Mention Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear product images
Our support team will verify and arrange pickup if approved.

2. Refund Policy:
Refund Process:
Refunds will be made only to the original online payment mode used at checkout.
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days
Refund process will start only after the returned product is picked up, inspected, and approved by our quality team
Non-Refundable Items :
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Bespoke / Custom-made orders
Sale & clearance items
Accessories (unless damaged or defective)
Cancellation Policy :
To avoid operational and production losses, Showstopper follows a strict cancellation policy:

3. Order Cancellation :
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order is packed, dispatched, or production has started, cancellation will not be permitted.
Bespoke Order Cancellation
Bespoke (custom-made) orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If cancellation is requested before production begins, a 20% processing fee will be deducted.

4. Company Rights :
Showstopper reserves the right to:
Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or technical issues
Refund such orders fully without any additional liability
