At Showstopper, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. We have designed our shipping and delivery policy to ensure smooth operations and business sustainability.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
Bespoke (custom-made) orders require 10–21 working days for production before shipping.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Location
We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be introduced later.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and order value.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect product delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to locations , courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Responsibility
Showstopper is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customers must ensure complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

6. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Partial & Split Shipment
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.
Customers will be informed accordingly.

8. Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

9. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing images or video proof.
Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.

10. Packaging Disclaimer
We use secure packaging. Minor damage to outer packaging during transit is normal and does not qualify for return unless the product inside is damaged.
